I'm pretty sure Skyler is highly allergic to mulberry trees. We were at Carrie's the other day sitting in her backyard, and I noticed that one of her trees looked like it was smoking. Every now and then a cloud of pollen would billow out making it look like someone was hiding behind the tree puffing on a cigarette. So a few days later, Carrie was watching Skyler at her house and he started itching his eyes frantically. He doesn't mess around when he rubs his eyes, and this results in eyes that look like the white parts have turned into blisters. The white part looks almost liquid and will fold over the colored part. Very creepy looking. She of course thought he had had some kind of contact with peanuts and immediately gave him Benadryl. It took two days for the swelling to go down, and I started giving him Claritin and some allergy eye drops. Hope it helps! These photos are what his beautiful eyes usually look like. I didn't even recognize him when they were all swollen, and of course I didn't take a picture.
