Our sweet little baby, I mean toddler, turned 1 last week!
We had a fun day which began with a ride on her birthday present, a Bounce and Spin Zebra. She was very hesitant to get on, and even a week later, she still doesn't have the hang of it. She likes the music though, and "dances" whenever she hears it.
She loved her birthday balloons!
Anya played with this present for a while, enjoying the curly ribbon, before Skyler got impatient and helped her with the unwrapping.

Anya loves kitties, so when I saw this in the store, I had to get it.
Skyler made this card for Anya. It has "cornflowers", "seeds" and a kitty.
Thanks to Monica, Anya had a "Birthday Girl" shirt to celebrate in.
We went to Kangaroo Zoo, and even with bigger kids jumping around, Anya had a great time.
I made Anya's cake look like her favorite thing in the world, Kitty. She drags Kitty around, hugs her to her cheek, bites her nose and is always chewing on Kitty's whiskers.
Ohhhhhh, that first taste of yummy frosting!
