Skyler and I went up to my parent's house for a day (it was literally a 24 hour trip). Skyler was so excited because we hadn't been up since February and he couldn't wait to feed the birds and play with the toys. Here he is riding the horse . . .

Grandpa took him to the "farmer store" (Cal Ranch), and spoiled him with a new backhoe toy. When we got home he used this new backhoe to scoop out globs of butter from the butter dish and feed himself. Yummy!
On the way home, he slept for 1 1/2 hours which he hardly ever does in the car. (You can tell I am a really good driver because I took this picture using the rear-view mirror while driving 75 mph.)
