As usual, Christmas went by too fast for me. I'm sad about taking down the decorations and wish I could leave them up for another month without looking like I'm just lazy. Skyler loves them. He loves the snowglobe and the jingle bells. He loves the chirping bird ornament and neighbors' lights that he can see from our window. He loves my sock snowmen and the Santa music-box that he can wind up himself. I'll have to put everything away when he's sleeping, because he's not going to like it.Because of bad weather, my parents came down early on Christmas Eve and spent Christmas morning with us. My dad made Skyler a wooden matching game with picture tiles. It's beautiful and will be treasured (I'll have to post a photo of that later). Skyler had too many gifts (as usual), but Santa was so excited about this Christmas.
This is Skyler wearing his new Ute jersey that his dad bought him and his Packer snow hat that his Grandma Ursie made, while looking at a new Packer outfit.
Look at the new zoo that Santa brought!
Skyler had to help Grandma Mimi open her present.
Carrie's family came over to visit in the morning, and then Tanner and Melanie came over later for Christmas dinner (which they brought).
The end result of a day spent with us.
