Camping

We had a great time going camping with Skyler a few weeks ago. We hadn't been all summer, and wanted to squeeze in a trip before it got too cold. It was fun, but we learned a few things:
1) A two-man tent isn't large enough for two adults and a two year old who likes to roll around.
2) Don't pick a site right by an ATV thorough-fare.
3) Even if your child sleeps through the night at home, they won't while camping.
4) In the middle of the night don't use the threat "stop crying or we'll have to go sit in the car."
5) Steve has the ability to rock sitting down for over an hour trying to get Skyler to sleep.
