Mama, Mama, Mama
I am pretty sure Skyler isn't attention starved, but lately he has been very demanding of my attention. He will say very quickly, "Mama, mama, mama, mama, mama, mama, mama". And then when I respond, he'll usually say one word like "bug". All that work for just one word? It's worse if Steve and I are trying to hold a conversation. Most of the time Skyler doesn't even hear me respond because he is repeating my name so fast. It just reminds me of teaching and having kids poking me on the back saying "teacher, teacher, teacher, teacher." It drove me crazy! On the happy note, sometimes Skyler will follow his one word answer with "see dat?" which I find very cute. Today Steve was throwing Skyler up in the air and at some point Steve's tooth hit Skyler's head and it left a little cut and bump on his head. Does anyone have any ideas on how to apply ice to a screaming toddler's head?
