Christmas

We took this photo on Christmas morning.
For Christmas, Skyler received lots of books from friends and family. He is really into books right now and loves to sit on Steve's or my lap while we read. His favorite book this week is My Big Truck Book, and his favorite truck is the snow plow (which he can name).

This picture makes me laugh so hard. Skyler thought it would nice to sit in his wagon which is only made for toys. It kind of looks like his sled, so of course he thought he could climb into it. He was so confused when first of all, he didn't fit, and second, it tipped over.

Steve didn't have too much to open on Christmas morning because he had picked out a tool chest about a month earlier, and it was sitting in our garage. It was too heavy for me to haul upstairs and wrap, so all he got to open was socks.

After seeing the pictures of Skyler in his "big boy" sled, you can understand why he received this sled for Christmas. After it snows, Skyler loves being pulled up and down the driveway by his dad. He puts his mittens in the snow and drags them along.

Santa brought Skyler a Magnadoodle for Christmas. Skyler's always trying take my pens, so even though the recommended age is 3+, Santa thought he would like this.

Balls, balls, and more balls. Skyler loves anything that is round and he can throw, kick, or hit. He got a big bag of balls for Christmas, and now they are all over the house.

Skyler's cousins sent him some fun bath toys for Christmas. This is a shark that eats fish.
